Product Brief

Our team proposes materials, construction, and pricing. We send a detailed quotation within 12 hours including FOB price, MOQ, and timeline.

Sample Development

We cut, sew, fill, and finish your sample in our factory. You receive the physical sample via DHL/FedEx for approval.

Sample Revision

Need changes? We revise based on your feedback — size, fabric, fill density, stitching, or design. One round of revision is included.

Mass Production

Approved sample goes to our production lines: cutting → sewing → filling → quality inspection. We send progress photos.

Quality Control

Every batch goes through 5-step QC: material check, first article, in-process, fill weight, and final audit. Third-party inspection welcome.

What is the MOQ for custom pet products?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style. For new customers, we can discuss trial orders of 200-300 pcs to test the market.
How long does sample development take?
Standard samples: 5-7 working days. Custom samples with new patterns or special fabrics: 7-10 working days. We ship via DHL/FedEx.
Can you print my logo and custom patterns?
Yes — we offer full customization including logo printing, custom patterns, custom labels, custom packaging, and barcode placement. Our Beijing design team can also help create new patterns.
What fabrics do you work with?
We work with Oxford cloth, corduroy, flannel, faux rabbit fur, velvet, chenille, long plush, PV fleece, PU leather, and more. All fabrics can be waterproof treated.
Do you do vacuum compression packaging?
Yes — vacuum compression is our core capability. We reduce product volume by 70%+ for efficient shipping. One 40HQ container can hold 90-120 compressed units vs 30-40 traditional.
What is the production lead time?
After sample approval: 15-25 working days for mass production depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders can be discussed.
